Ais is software for particle picking and segmentation of cryoET datasets. The website you're currently on provides a service where users can upload their own pre-trained neural networks or download those uploaded by others.
Ais is free to use and open source under the GPLv3 license: source code, documentation. Ais is also available on the Python Package Index as 'ais-cryoet'.
